General Information
Exhibit Hall Hours
The live Exhibit Hall will be open Friday, October 23, 2020 – Thursday, October 29, 2020, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day. Attendees will still have the option to visit the Exhibit Hall after these dates as the on demand event will continue through Monday, November 30, 2020.
All times listed for the Annual Meeting are Eastern time.

Virtual Platform Soft Launch
Attendees will have access to the platform starting on this day in order to become familiar with the functionality. No programming or formal exhibit hours are scheduled for this day. Exhibitors are not required to man their booth on this day but encouraged to use this time with their teams to get acclimated to the site and work out any booth processes, etc. ASTRO staff will be on standby to help trouble shoot and answer questions on this soft launch day.

Exhibit Hall Only Day
No programming will be scheduled on this day. Attendees will be encouraged to take time to visit with their industry colleagues. The Exhibit Hall will be open 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and exhibitors are requested to man their booths during these hours.

Full Virtual Platform is Available
The full virtual platform will be open and available to all attendees and exhibitors.The scientific and educational program will be available during the hours listed below. The Exhibit Hall will be open 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Full Virtual Platform is OnDemand
No additional scientific and educational programming will be released. Attendees may continue to access the site, including the Exhibit Hall, during the dates. Exhibitors are not required to man their booths during these dates, but may do so if they choose.
